Roster plate

The visitor types shift start and end. The tool places a meal before, a meal during if the shift is long, and a meal after, using foods they allow. They drag any meal they want moved.

Choose the goal and the inputs. The page orders the next steps so the job fits a day or a shop.

This is a general-purpose tool, not medical, legal or financial advice. Figures are estimates from published food data or arithmetic. A qualified professional owns decisions that affect your health.

How to use it

Inputs are shift times and foods. Computation places meals in the gaps and sums the food table. Output is a shift strip.

The tool runs in your browser. Nothing from the camera, microphone or sensors is uploaded. With JavaScript off, the worked example below is still computed on the server.
